Hello, we are Claire & Chris the owner/operators of Open Sesame.
We make a new kind of kebab, fusing flavours from the Mid-East and beyond with the best local ingredients and fire cooking.
Our first event was a small market inBristol, and now we trade at some of the UK’s largest festivals bringing super fresh flavours to the festival foodie.
For us it’s all about making the food from scratch, fresh every day - WE NEVER USE FROZEN OR PRE-COOKED / PACKAGED FOODS - and of course great festival vibes!

We are classically trained chefs, using our own unique recipes, developed over the last ten years.
